a plant in fengshui does not signify anything. fengshui is not about that. but it is about energy. so, your living (must be living, dead things do not have energy, except when it is 1 of the 5 elements in fengshui) bamboo plant in fengshui is the wood energy. i dont think that there is a link between money and bamboo or the wood energy. but you can use the wood energy to make students study more – this method is based on the structure of the house/ facing degree of the door.
money on the other hand, has something to do with using the right space in your house or office that has good energy for money. again this method need some measuring, calculation and analysis.
